Represents an algorithm, workflow or process to help identify key stages of an action. This diagrammatic representation illustrates a solution model to a given problem. Flowcharts are used in analyzing, designing, documenting or managing a process or program in various fields.


Created to represent the different user types that might use a site, brand, or product in a similar way. Personas are useful in considering the goals, desires, and limitations of brand buyers and users in order to help to guide decisions about a service, product or interaction space such as features, interactions, and visual design of a website.

High Fidelity Wireframes / Prototypes

Visual guides that represents the skeletal framework of a website. Wireframes are created for the purpose of arranging elements to best accomplish a particular purpose. Tools I commonly use for wireframe’s are Axure, Omnigraffle or Indesign and HTML/CSS/Javascript for high fidelity prototypes.
