Journey Map

A Journey map is a combination of personas and user flows that summarizes arduous research content into a memorable and visual story. Journey maps create a shared understanding of the entire experience and clarification for product opportunities within the team. The emotional context and detailed pain points generates thoughtful conversations and empathy for the user that is important for intentional design.

Below is an example of a journey map I created for Burger King and Driveway that helped us build meaningful product features for our customers.
